• Appeal – Appeal filed after expiry of sixty days – no letter to request proceedings was wrote and served to the other party – whether proper.

Held:-

Failure to file appeal within sixty days renders it time barred.  The only exception to the sixty days limitation of instituting of appeals is when the appellant copies a letter applying for copies of the proceedings judgment    and decree to the Respondent.
