A potential user should complete either a free user form or a membership form. Members will be able to enjoy some additional services of effective and dedicated librarians who will serve for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
This service is provided on a not for – profit basis. Any fee charged for this service is intended to cover costs incurred by the librarians in providing the service.
