Held:-

It is imperative to put on the record of appeal all the documents listed in Rule 96(1) and in the case of second and third appeals; also those listed in Rule 96(2) (a) to (f).  The omission to include any of those documents renders the record incomplete and therefore the appeal incompetent.  However, if the   omission is to have any effect on the appeal, the documents or proceedings must have a bearing with those that have generated the appeal in question.
