Held:-

(i) When the Applicant is claiming that there was a delay in securing copies of judgment and decree, he must show in his notice of motion and affidavit that he applied for those copies.

(ii) In an application for extension of time within which to apply for review, the applicant should show in his notice of motion and affidavit that he has chances of succeeding in whichever aspect among those shown under Rule 66(1) Clauses (a) to (e) of the Court of Appeal Rules.
