Held:-

(i) A decision to choose documents that are not relevant for the determination of the Appeal is not optional on the party filing the record of appeal.  Incomplete record of appeal renders the appeal incompetent.

(ii) It is mandatory procedure that every tenth line of each page of the record should be indicated in the margin as per requirement of rule 12(4) of the Rules.
