Held:-

(i) When an award is referred to as ruling by the arbitrator, the error is curable if no one has been prejudiced.

(ii) An arbitrator who issued the award can make correction of clerical errors only but not content of the award.

(iii) Once an employee is paid terminal benefits, the matter should end at this juncture and he cannot be reinstated after having been paid his terminal benefits.
