(i) An applicant has no right to file an application in the Labour Court against the Respondent who was not a party to the CMA.

(ii) It is not provided to law neither the practice of the court to allow strangers to interfere with proceedings of the Court unless he has shown that he has interest in such matter and make a formal application to Court to be joined as a party.
