Held:-

An appellate Court will interfere with the sentence passed by a trial court in   the following conditions:  Either the sentence is manifestly excessive or inadequate or that the sentencing court ignored to consider an important matter or circumstances which ought to be considered and that the sentence was wrong in principle.
