Held:-

An application for extension of time should not be entertained unless the applicant has shown good cause for the delay and has also established by affidavital evidence that if an extension is granted, the application for review would be based on one or more of the grounds under paragraphs (a) to (e) of sub rule (1) of Rule 66 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2009.
