Held:-

(i) When the cause of a strike / cause of discontent is removed by the employer conceding to the demand of the strikers or by removing the grievances or by resolving the dispute, then the foundation of the strike falls away.

(ii) When the strike terminates so does its protection and the employer can only terminate an employee who continues with strike upon termination of strike in the said way.
