The High Court of Tanzania (Commercial Division) is one and it is within the High Court Registry at Dar es Salaam.  In view of the provisions of Rule 5A read  together with Rule 7 of the High Court Registries Rules G.N. No 111 of 1999 and also G.N. No 283 of 2004, it is optional for a party to institute a case in the Registry in Dar es Salaam or any of its sub – registries at Arusha or Mwanza.
