Held:-

The remedy available to a person who is aggrieved by a decision of the High court emanating from land dispute under summary procedure is to appeal to the Court of Appeal in terms of section 47(1) of the Land Disputes Court Act, Cap 216 or apply to the court which made the decree to have the same set aside under the provisions of Rule 4.
