Held:-

(i) A part seeking leave in the Labour Court to appeal to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania should file an application under Rule 24 (11) (b) of the Labour Court Rules, G.N. 106 of 2007 read together with section 57 of the Labour Institutions Act, No. 7 of 2004, Rule 54 of the Labour Court Rules GN 106/2007, Rule 45 (a) and (b) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2009, GN 368 and Section 5(1)(c) of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, ( Cap141 R.E. 2002).

(ii) Wrong citation of the law, section, subsection, paragraph, non-citation or incomplete citation of the enabling provisions of the law renders the application incompetent.
