Held:-

(i) An affidavit filed in the Labour Court should contain statement of facts and statement of legal issues that arise from the facts.

(ii) It is the law of practice that in most instances where the Court finds that there is unfair termination, twelve (12) Months compensation is awarded to the employee for procedural unfairness.
